			<description><![CDATA[ <p>NEW ORLEANS - More than 1,330 new first-year students entered Tulane University for the fall semester, a 51 percent increase over last year&#39;s class, the
university said.</p>

<p>The number exceeds the school&#39;s recruiting goal of enrolling 1,200 new freshmen.</p>

<p>Tulane also enrolled its largest transfer class: 210 new undergraduate students.</p>

hollywood south too. IT&#39;s drawing stars to the city, as well as pumping in money. The stars in turn help the city, like Brangelina moving to the Big Easy,
that was a great bunch of press, and would not have happened if Benjamin Button hadn&#39;t been filmed in New Orleans, while pumping $100 million into the
